At vivanmn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
